Oh no! We’re so sorry to hear that. Please take a photo of the damaged item and email it to us within 24 hours of delivery. Once we verify the issue, send the item back to us and we’ll send out a replacement right away!

Yes, we do! No matter what part of India you are in, we’ll happily deliver a piece of the foothills of the Himalayas to your doorstep. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

The process starts with careful sanding to create a smooth surface, followed by thorough cleaning to remove any dust or debris. Next, a wood conditioner is applied to ensure the stain absorbs evenly, preventing blotches or streaks.

Once the wood is prepped, the stain is applied in layers, seeping into the grain to enrich its natural patterns and depth. Multiple coats can be used to deepen the color and achieve the desired richness. After drying, the final and crucial step is sealing, which acts as a protective barrier against moisture, wear, and ageing—preserving the wood’s beauty for years to come.
